We will strive to resolve the issue immediately.As Per Royal Mail guide lines for missing items,we have to allow 15 days from posting before it is classed as missing.If the parcel has not arrived by then we will issue you with a full refund including P & P .We will the make a claim to the Post Office for compensation.
Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back into your account.

We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 7 days. If you receive a defective product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange or refund. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall refund you immediately. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging at your own cost. Please consult our contact details for the return address.
Products that are deemed unwanted can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
If an order is cancelled,for whatever reason,your money will be refunded within 30 days.

United Kingdom: Orders will be dispatched between 3 and 5 working days. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail.Standard Delivery in the UK is £ 2.45 plus 0.50 pence per item.
European Union: Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. The goods are sent recorded delivery at a cost of £ 12.95 to include the first item thereafter each additional item is charged at 0.50 pence.
Channel Islands: VAT Sales Tax will be refunded automatically at the checkout. Orders will be dispatched between 3 and 5 working days. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail.For delivery we charge £2.95 to include the first item thereafter each additional item is charged at 0.50 pence.
Rest of the World: VAT Sales Tax will be refunded automatically at the checkout. Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. Standard delivery charge is £9.50 and recorded delivery is £12.75 to include the first item thereafter each additional item is charged at 0.50 pence.
Delivery Information: Please note if any order should exceed 1.0 kg for either Europe or Overseas delivery, an additional charge will be notified via e-mail.
For parcels which exceed a certain weight we use a courier,who will card the customer if delivery can not be made.If a parcel is returned to us because alternative delivery arrangement were not made,we will incur a charge of £ 15.00 which we will have to pass on to you the customer.
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (or WEEE) Regulations are now U.K. law. All European member States including the U.K. have agreed to reduce the amount of WEEE that is being disposed of in landfill sites. It is important that the amount of WEEE sent to landfill sites is reduced because:
Some WEEE can be re-used or recycled. The amount of landfill space available in the UK is decreasing. If we can keep WEEE out of landfill sites it means there is more landfill space available for non-recyclable waste.
WEEE can contain hazardous substances. When left in landfill sites the hazardous substances in WEEE can pollute soil and contaminate water supplies. This contamination can damage human health and the environment.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (or EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Hairtec are “doing our bit” under these regulations by offering our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product.
For example, if a customer bought a new Ceramic Straightener from us we would accept their old Ceramic Straightener and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Customers do not have to pay for the transportation of their WEEE to our premises.

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
